To gain membership as a Landlord or Letting Agent with LMS, you must;
- Provide proof of membership of an existing accreditation scheme, preferably listed on the Accreditation Network UK (ANUK). (landlords only)
- Memberships from schemes not listed by ANUK will be evaluated individually.
- Provide proof of membership of an approved property redress scheme (letting agents only).
- Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct.
